priority listing placements, site link benefits, and/or search engine
rankings are not unnecessarily lost. Unless otherwise notified in
advance and in writing by our clients, we will automatically issue
renewal invoices and/or charge our clients’ credit card (when
applicable) for the renewal of a subscription and/or service. Additional
benefits of automatic renewal system ensures that there will be no
change in the annual subscription or service rate over last years rate.
This means that all our clients pay the same subscription or
service price year after year and are not subject to price increases.
Updates to your company's information can be made at any time and
at no extra cost. Cancellation of automatic renewal can be made at
any time during the renewed period and must be received in writing with
the clients’ original signature and a refund will be issued prorated
for the remainder of the renewed period.
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notices must be submitted to TheUSYellowPages.com within
forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) business days from the subscription
order date, by calling our toll free number at 1-888-484-3879, or, by
sending us an e-mail addressed to billing@TheUSYellowPages.com. For
notices sent by e-mail, please provide your Company Name, Address,
Telephone Number and indicate CANCELLATION in the subject field. A
refund will be issued to your account (Cancellation Late fee may apply).
